Today's word for thought is anxiety.

What steps can you take to be less anxious and more trusting?

Isaiah 26:3 (KJV)

3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on thee: Because he trusteth in thee.

John 14:1 (KJV)

1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

1 Peter 5:7 (KJV)

7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Psalm 120:1 (KJV)

1 In my distress I cried unto the LORD, And he heard me.

Lord, you know my heart and my every thought. You know when I sit and when I stand. You know my history and my future. There are no mysteries to you. When doubts and fears threaten to overwhelm my mind and body, be the piece that that calms the storm.

I will remember who you are: Defender, Savior, the Good Shepherd. You are my hope. I will trust in you, even when it takes everything inside of me to choose it. I will remember that though I cannot see the way out, you see it all so clearly and you are never overwhelmed. I trust you, God.
